  1. Eligibility: Products purchased under promotional offers such as “3 earrings for 1000,” “3 necklaces for 1500,” items under 250, items under 450, and other discounted products are not eligible for exchange.
  2. Replacement: For offer products, we only replace items that are damaged or missing upon delivery, and the replacement will be of the same design as the original product.
